Hurricane Irene and 2012
Are you prepared for the next natural disaster? The folks on the East Coast sure weren’t when the earth beneath them shook on August 23, 2011. Aren’t earthquakes supposed to only rock the West Coast?

All the ducks seem to be lining up. As I’ve said before, folks, 2012 is already upon us. Natural disasters, rampant social and political unrest (the Arab Spring), solar flares, out-of-the ordinary weather patterns, and on and on and on.
The Mayans were absolutely right. Things are changing rapidly on a daily basis. The only thing we know for sure is that this planet, and our very lives, are in flux. There has been nothing like it in recorded history.
The big question is…
ARE YOU PREPARED?
There are several ways you can answer this question. Spiritually, emotionally, physically, culturally, politically, psychologically, and financially.
We’ve discussed the importance of investing some of your money in GOLD. Again, you must remember that currency is being devalued on a regular basis. The stock market is volatile. The dollar is weak. The administration and Fed Chairman plan to DO NOTHING until after the election. The only safe haven? Gold!!!
Think seriously about investing a portion of your portfolio into this precious metal. If the price scares you, invest in her small cousin, SILVER. But do SOMETHING, and then hang tight.
For now, and for those of you facing Hurricane Irene and all the other hurricanes yet to strike, not to mention the earthquakes felt ’round the world…do you have adequate food supplies? If the power goes out for several days, weeks, or months, can you survive?
Investing in prepackaged foods will SAVE YOUR LIFE. You won’t have time to prepare meals, let alone healthy ones. You won’t have time to buy water. The shelves in the groceries stores on the East Coast are empty. Too little, too late.
